The Barn and The Lodge rent for the entire weekend. Friday - Sunday.
Your set up is stress-free! Most venues give you a few hours to set up, have your event, and get out! The Barn allows you to relax, enjoy the weekend, and go at YOUR pace.
Most venues make you leave by 10:00 or 11:00 PM at the latest. At The Barn, the party can continue until whenever YOU decide. Dance all night in The Barn or move to the ultimate Game Room in the basement of The Lodge to continue the festivities!
Rehearsal dinner space for the night before.
Sleeps 24 people comfortably! (More if you include the multiple air mattresses provided.)
No drunk driving -- plenty of places to sleep.
Chairs and tables and other inventory provided. ($1,042 in chairs and tables alone!)
The Lodge: Master Suite with fireplace and hot tub, Guest Suite, full kitchen, dining room, Common Room, Sitting Room, and the Game Room in the basement of The Lodge. This is the perfect place for the groom and groomsmen to spend the day while the bride and bridesmaids get ready! Many grooms and groomsmen spend the majority of the wedding day waiting while the bride and bridesmaids get ready. The Game Room on the lower level provides a place for the guys to be entertained! 80" 4K High-Definition TV, DIRCTV, pool table, foosball, putting green (3), darts, poker table, and ping-pong. They won’t want to leave!
Bridal Suite for the girls. With the guys in the house, this leaves The Loft above The Barn as a completely separate building for the girls to be pampered and get ready. They can spread out into six different rooms without fear of the guys walking in or the bride and groom seeing each other before the ceremony.
Your bridal party can help you pay for the venue. Instead of getting a hotel block, have your bridal party stay with you at The Barn. They will be paying for a hotel room anyway. Why not pay YOU that money to stay at The Barn? They can have a few drinks without worrying about driving to a hotel after. Charge them less than they would pay for a hotel room and they will be ecstatic. You will be too when that money adds up to help you pay for the venue!
Master Suite: Nicer than any hotel in the area! Truly resort-worthy! Complete with hot tub, waterfall wall, baby grand piano, sitting area, new Tempurpedic mattress, fireplace, and enormous shower.

Friday all-day set up, Friday rehearsal dinner, space for 24 people to sleep, outdoor furniture and beautiful decks to sit and have your morning coffee, The Barn’s Bridal Suite for the girls, the Game Room for the guys, a beautiful Sitting Room for special moments with family before and after the ceremony, dining room table that fits 8-12 people, huge dance floors in The Barn and The Lodge, after-party space, hearth area for enjoying the night sky or a roaring fire, and a fantastic Master Suite for the happy couple after the reception.
